Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on restoration or construction to be a regional resource for large and complex projects. The role involves leading crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and documentation.

The Project Manager will work on BELFOR Cat teams, support at high-profile sites, and may become an estimator in time. Occasional travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, and change orders.
• Proficiency in documenting progress, safety, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Oversee construction and restoration projects on time and within budget.
• Manage crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and report issues to management.
