BELFOR Holdings Inc. in West Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking a Project Manager focused on restoration or construction for large, high-profile projects.

You will serve as a BELFOR resource on CAT teams, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating crews and vendors across regional and national efforts. The role requires strong client communication, documentation, and the ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience handling restoration or construction projects.
• Ability to manage projects exceeding $1M.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Capable of leading large crews and coordinating subs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise work across phases.
• Manage time, budget, schedule, and change orders.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, and sketches.
• Invoicing and documentation for various project types.
• Supervise crews and coordinate vendors/subcontractors.
• Travel for regional/national CAT responses as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality controls on site.
