Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to oversee critical industrial projects across the country. This role integrates preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and owners to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You’ll lead safety initiatives, manage prestart and buyout processes, and drive lean scheduling while leveraging your construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction management experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart, preconstruction, buyout and subcontractor processes.
• Coordinates submittals, pricing, scope and schedule with stakeholders.
• Drives lean project scheduling and cost controls with regular reporting.
• Interfaces with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Executes change management and closeout per contract requirements.
