Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead major Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You’ll oversee preconstruction, buyouts, and subcontractor coordination, while driving safety, schedule, and budget alignment with stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management experience and a BS in CM or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to manage safety culture and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project’s safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage prestart and bid package development and schedules.
• Coordinate submittals, buyout, and subcontractor pricing with project team.
• Prepare and manage project schedule and budget, ensuring resources meet the schedule.
• Lead meetings and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely communications.
