Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience on complex projects.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership on moderately complex projects and manage project operations.
• Develop and monitor project schedule, budget and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, design teams and vendors.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with site practices.
• Prepare change requests, submittals and regular project status reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field

7+ years construction management experience

Driver's license (valid)
