Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 in Georgia to plan, manage and execute all project aspects on assigned jobs. You will manage material, equipment, people, and documentation to hit timely, profitable goals while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive progress through daily standups and trade meetings, ensuring quality and schedule adherence on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and promote injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
