Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership on moderately complex projects or portions of large projects.
• Manage preconstruction and construction activities including schedule, cost, and procurement.
• Lead meetings, develop budgets, forecasts, and reports to communicate project status and profitability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure project success.
• Uphold JE Dunn safety culture and ensure compliance with quality standards.
