Qualifications

• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; willing to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart checklist and preconstruction activities (takeoff, scope, bid packages).
• Develop and implement buyout schedule; verify pricing and scope; manage subcontracts.
• Set up and manage submittal schedule; review shop drawings and samples with architects/engineers.
• Coordinate with logistics for pricing on materials/equipment; ensure timely approvals.
• Prepare change requests and obtain owner/architect approvals; lead project meetings.
