Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years construction experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety plans and ensures a culture of compliance.
• Supports preparation of estimates, schedules, and daily logs.
• Pre-plans crew activities and updates schedules with the project superintendent.
• Manages CMiC-based project administration and documentation.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and internal project support functions.
• Controls costs by evaluating and improving processes.
• Supports QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Maintains project reports including daily/weekly progress and manpower.
