Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 for our Advanced Facilities group in Georgia. The role oversees moderately complex projects, guiding the operation, administration, safety culture, and schedule execution in collaboration with the preconstruction and field teams.

You will manage subcontractors, risk, and change requests while ensuring budget adherence and timely reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are preferred for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages preconstruction activities including takeoffs and bid packages.
• Develops and maintains project schedule and budget.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, owners, and design teams.
• Manages submittal and change order processes.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts and reports.
• Supports project closeout and documentation processes.
