Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional workshops and align workstreams within a cGMP bio/pharma site startup environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, PMP preferred, and advanced skills in monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace. You will support governance reporting and cost control while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field; PMP certification preferred.
• Industry Experience: 5–7 years of project management in cGMP BioPharma/Pharmaceutical Site Start-Up, commissioning, or tech transfer operations.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Key Competencies: Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, cross-functional risk mitigation, and fluency in pharma manufacturing terminologies.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead high-value cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions.
• Build and baseline workstream schedules on monday.com with milestone alignment to the Master IS.
• Track workstream costs including PO drawdowns, vendor spend, and variances.
• Assist with resource loading and capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Draft standard status reports and governance materials for Tier 2/3 forums.
