Job summary

BEPC Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a Project Manager II to drive cross-functional workstreams on site, focusing on governance reporting and milestone alignment.

The role requires experience in cGMP BioPharma or pharma site start-up, commissioning, or tech transfer, plus advanced proficiency in monday.com and related productivity tools. This is a W2 12-month contract with on-site work and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in cGMP BioPharma / Pharmaceutical Site Start-Up, commissioning, or tech transfer operations.
• Advanced proficiency in monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Cross-functional risk mitigation experience.
• Fluency in pharmaceutical manufacturing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and Tier 2 workstream execution huddles.
• Build, baseline, and maintain workstream schedules in monday.com with milestone alignment to the Master IS.
• Track financial performance for assigned workstreams (PO drawdowns, invoices, vendor spend, cost variance).
• Assist Workstream Leads with resource loading and capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks during ramp-up.
• Maintain RAID logs and action-item registers; support resolution and governance reporting.
• Draft standard 3-page status reports and governance-ready summaries for Tier 2/3 forums.
