Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field
• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience in cGMP Biopharma/Pharma
• Experience with site startup, commissioning, or tech transfer
• PMP preferred (optional)

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and workstream meetings
• Build and maintain integrated workstream schedules using monday.com
• Track workstream budgets, vendor spend, invoices, and cost variances
• Support resource loading and capacity planning
• Manage RAID logs and action items through resolution
• Prepare status reports, health checks, exception reports, and executive summaries
