Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or related industries.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, operational initiatives, or process improvement efforts.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Experience using Google Workspace and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and process improvement initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and critical paths, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Track resource allocation, capacity planning, and project performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and progress updates.
  • Support operational processes, compliance requirements, and reporting activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across teams.
  • Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and process improvement recommendations.

Job description

This role will drive project delivery by managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated project manager who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, build strong stakeholder relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience using Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting clinical, laboratory, research, or product development organizations.
