Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Reno, NV seeks a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior service. You will support senior PMs on small to medium projects or one large project, coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience supervising project activities and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assignments and scheduling.
• Prepare complete project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid form.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
