Henderson Engineers in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small to medium projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will lead project execution, support senior PMs, and ensure client satisfaction from kickoff to closeout.

You will collaborate with design and construction professionals, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required.
• 3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years of project management exposure. Minimum 7 years of experience required without degree.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design experience.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve goals.
• Successful track record of effective collaboration, communication and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project execution and client experience on assigned projects.
• Assist with development of project proposals, contracts and project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables on assigned projects.
• Manage client service and project communication.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Responsible for overall project performance.
• Contributes to efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
