Henderson Engineers in Phoenix seeks a Project Manager I to oversee small to mid-size projects, guiding teams and ensuring successful execution. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, with PM experience (MEP exposure preferred) and a collaborative, self-starting approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business is required.
• 3 years of relevant project management experience; at least 2 years on PM roles.
• Minimum 7 years of experience if no degree.
• MEP design experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction.
• Self-starter with ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proven collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in core project management competencies.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects.
• Develop project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Plan deliverables and coordinate assignments with teams.
