The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and adherence to budgets, with opportunities to contribute to larger programs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience; 2+ years PM exposure with degree, or 7 years without.
• MEP design experience.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination of projects and programs with small to medium scopes.
• Lead project and program team members and support Project Managers on larger projects.
• Communicate with internal and external project stakeholders for successful execution.
• Develop and review project proposals, contracts and budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Maintain client service and project communication; manage risk and quality.
