Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3 years of relevant experience required, including a minimum of 2 years of project management exposure. Minimum 7 years of experience required without degree.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects/programs with small to medium scopes; lead project and program team members.
• Assist with development of project proposals, contracts and budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables and manage client service and communication.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations; monitor project performance.
• Support planning, design and drafting activities to deliver project deliverables.
