Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee medium to large projects, lead internal teams, and coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of PM experience, with certification preferred. You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality outputs across disciplines, while advancing Henderson Engineers' mission and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in project management; without a degree, 10 years of experience.
• PM certification is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project execution and client experience.
• Develops proposals, contracts and project budgets; may support on larger projects.
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables and schedules.
• Manages client service and communications with stakeholders and sub-consultants.
• Mentors junior designers, engineers, or project managers; ensures quality and risk management.
