Henderson Engineers seeks a project manager to supervise and coordinate multi-sector engineering projects in Houston. You will lead client communications, manage budgets, and ensure quality from proposal through delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 4+ years in AEC or professional services, and PM proficiency. Experience with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam is preferred and PE licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
At least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
Proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger/more complex projects.
Assist with the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
Manage the bid processes.
Plan and coordinate project deliverables on assigned projects; may support planning and coordination on larger/more complex projects.
Manage client service and project communication.
Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
Responsible for overall project performance.
Contribute to efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
