Job summary

Henderson Engineers seeks a project manager to supervise and coordinate multi-sector engineering projects in Houston. You will lead client communications, manage budgets, and ensure quality from proposal through delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 4+ years in AEC or professional services, and PM proficiency. Experience with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam is preferred and PE licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
• At least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger/more complex projects.
• Assist with the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Manage the bid processes.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables on assigned projects; may support planning and coordination on larger/more complex projects.
• Manage client service and project communication.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Responsible for overall project performance.
• Contribute to efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
