  • External Expert Consulting plan: Develop an EE consulting plan across stakeholder groups, utilizing analytical insights to drive strategic engagement.
  • External Expert database: Maintain and update EE engagement databases based on stakeholder inputs.
  • EE Consultant contracts: Submit requests and monitor the status of contracts for each EE who has confirmed participation with a business owner.
  • Activity closing and payments: Submit all documentation for meeting closing by CCG and for final HCP services payment.
  • Other responsibilities: May include Sponsorships, Exhibit and Membership applications in the future for the Commercial teams.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will ensure excellent physician engagement experiences for external experts and internal stakeholders through well‑organized planning and execution, partnering with marketing teams.

The Role
  • Project Manager (PM) to work on HCP Contracting across International Immunology Marketing, including External Expert (EE) Engagement initiatives/meetings.
  • Goal is to ensure excellent physician engagement experiences for external experts and internal stakeholders through well‑organized planning and execution, partnering with the marketing teams to deliver upon such.
  • Provide dedicated project management support for EE initiatives, including advisory boards and HCP consultations (small groups and 1:1s).
  • Collaborative, cross‑functional environment; manage complexity, wear many hats, and be a connector and inclusive people person. A technical mindset and an analytical approach to problem‑solving and process optimization will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
  • External Expert Consulting plan: Develop an EE consulting plan across stakeholder groups, utilizing analytical insights to drive strategic engagement. Submit consulting plans in the iHub system and get approval. Submit revisions to consulting plans in iHub as needed.
  • External Expert database: Maintain and update EE engagement databases based on stakeholder inputs. Advise EE participation based on tracking data, including previous time to execute contracts, exception requests from certain institutions, etc.
  • EE Consultant contracts: Submit requests and monitor the status of contracts for each EE who has confirmed participation with a business owner. Ensure responsive communication with the External Expert and keep the business owner informed. Address HQ/affiliate questions regarding the contract for any EE. Meet with the Central Consultancy Group (CCG) weekly to ensure progress. Conduct ad‑hoc meetings with account management, compliance, events logistics, etc., to address contracting issues.
  • Activity closing and payments: Submit all documentation for meeting closing by CCG and for final HCP services payment. Address payment inquiries/issues with CCG regularly.
  • Other responsibilities: May include Sponsorships, Exhibit and Membership applications in the future for the Commercial teams. Further responsibilities will be scoped as demand is further assessed and processes refined.
