Facilitates the work of the Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) professional team as the group manages hundreds of contracts, thousands of invoices, and a multimillion dollar budget. Monitors, track, and reports contract and payment status against time‑frame and funding. This position is non‑exempt with no direct reports. The core responsibilities are:
Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on primarily non‑IT business disciplines.
In addition there are many complex processes and multiple facets of the job (contracting, project tracking, finance, compliance, documentation) as well as disciplines (tactical process with large amount of Excel work but needs to understand strategic thinking behind all the tactical pieces, working under pressure and fast‑paced environment, extremely detailed and organized). In addition, they have to demonstrate strong leadership skills (communicating with manager, director, DVP level personnel only, presenting data / emails in executive level format, making difficult decisions through daily activities, influencing management).
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and 3+ years of experience preferred.
