Job summary

Jobot in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction from concept to completion. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subs, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience with GC/CM firms, a proven track record on medium to large ground-up projects, and strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of PM tools and scheduling software is essential.

  • Monitor project financials including change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities:
