Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation in Albuquerque seeks a PM or Alternate PM to oversee daily contract operations, personnel administration, and performance of contractors, ensuring ES&H compliance and adherence to security and quality standards.

You will manage cost controls, schedules, procurement, and reporting to COR/Alternate COR; coordinate staff, suppliers, and subcontractors; lead project meetings and develop execution plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with ABET/NAAB accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of project management concepts, SOWs, and government contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost controls, safety, schedule, and quality to ensure successful completion.
• Monitor contract performance and delivery of required reports and deliverables.
• Evaluate operations and propose productivity improvements; liaise with clients and vendors.
• Oversee development of project schedules and coordinate staffing and resources.
• Administer procurement, invoicing, contract changes, and subcontracts.
• Maintain a safe, ethical work environment and compliance with ES&H and QA/QC.
