Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead facility operations, maintenance and customer relations on-site. You will act as the contractor’s representative, with authority to approve purchases up to $5,000 per occurrence, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.

The role requires a PMP certification, at least four years of relevant experience, and a secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of recent experience in managing operation, maintenance, and repair of a large building (≥400,000 sq ft).
• PMP certification is required; strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Contractor’s representative at the facility with full authority and responsibility.
• Authorize purchases of tools, materials, and parts up to $5,000 per occurrence.
• Receive and acknowledge inspection reports and all official correspondence.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, repair, and building alterations.
• Foster positive customer relations and satisfy operational requirements of facility management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Maintain on-site presence during core facility hours.
