Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a Site Supervisor (Captain) to manage contract operations, direct staff, enforce policies, and report to the Program Manager. You will coordinate daily customer instructions, ensure officers are present and briefed, and provide direction to junior supervisors to maintain contract compliance and service quality.

This role requires a Secret security clearance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet contract requirements while delivering reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising personnel in a contract setting is preferred.
• Ability to direct and coordinate staff under contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the customer representative daily to address needs and concerns.
• Ensures officers are present, properly uniformed, briefed, and prepared for duty.
• Provides technical and task direction to personnel under the contract.
• Guides Sergeants and Corporals on operations and training requirements.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reporting per contractual CDRLs.
