Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee IMAP team visits, coordinate scheduling, and ensure contract compliance. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and clear communication with technicians, government reps, and operations staff.

The ideal candidate will manage safety procedures, review reports, and assist in maintaining equipment PM checklists while traveling overseas as needed for QA oversight.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance; TS Clearance preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance, OR
• Associate's degree in a mechanical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance
• Master's HVAC license AND 7 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance

Responsibilities

• Assist DPA, MM and SSM in developing, enforcing SOWs, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Coordinate visits for IMAP teams and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Ensure SOW compliance and professional conduct during visits
• Communicate feedback and program updates with IMAP technicians
• Verify documents before site arrival and review weekly status reports
• Prepare cost and labor estimates with government and team inputs
• Suggest SOW changes for government approval
• Review service reports for accuracy and completeness
• Review equipment PM checklists for clarity and detail
• Edit Bills of Material in SRs
• Coordinate with IMAP Logistics to procure parts
• Ensure technicians have tools and PPE needed
• Review Deltek timesheets for all technicians
• Advise on SOW matters with DPA, MM and TSMs
• Review technical data and SOW updates for accuracy
• Support GMMS data entry
• Travel overseas for QA oversight
• Complete inspection reports for QA visits
• Create/update maintenance checklists and procedures
• Identify trends and provide improvement recommendations
• Manage and provide feedback to IMAP technicians
• Maintain knowledge of applicable codes and regs
• Interview and vet prospective technicians
