Afognak Native Corporation seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the contractor’s labor force and deploy resources to meet comprehensive facility support requirements. You will guide day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure safe, efficient and quality service delivery.

The role involves a mix of office and field work with potential overtime or emergency response.

Competenze

• Secret Clearance required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in large facility/operations support.

Mansioni

• Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Authorize use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting.
• Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
• Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service.
• Implement best practices and organizational improvements.
