Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Project Manager for Corporate Workplace & Sustainability to partner with a premier global beauty retailer. Based in San Francisco, this hybrid role manages office buildouts, space planning, and sustainability initiatives across the client’s corporate offices.

You will coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and IT to deliver projects on time and within budget, while elevating the employee workplace experience and environmental data tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project or program management.
• Ability to build project plans and track budgets.
• Familiarity with office management platforms and reading floor plans; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workplace Buildouts, relocations, decommissioning and space enhancements from scope to handoff.
• Coordinate with building management, IT and service providers on HVAC, lighting, electrical infrastructure, access control and security systems.
• Oversee workplace technology upgrades, space planning, desk reservations, visitor management and service requests.
• Drive Sustainability & ESG initiatives including energy efficiency, waste reduction and environmental data tracking.
• Map and optimize workplace workflows, implement project tracking tools and define responsibilities.
• Manage vendor bids/contracts and monitor budgets, schedules and contractor deliverables.
• Maintain transparent progress reporting, track risks, and coordinate testing, training and communications.
