Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee workplace and tenant improvement projects from planning through occupancy. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, aligning with client goals and workplace standards.

The role requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment, with strong leadership and communication skills expected to drive success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate development, construction management, or related field.
• Experience managing corporate workplace, tenant improvement or office renovation projects.
• Experience as Owner's Representative or Project Manager for corporate clients.
• Ability to lead projects from planning through occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead workplace, tenant improvement, office renovation, relocation, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex corporate environment.
• Coordinate regular design and project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project controls; document action items and accountability.
• Support procurement, contracts, and construction administration activities.
