Job summary

Asana, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a detail-oriented Workplace Designer and PM to own global workplace design and project execution in a hybrid, office-centric role.

Lead office builds, space planning, and vendor management; develop standards, manage CAPEX/OPEX, and deliver occupancy analytics with site leads.

You will join a collaborative team shaping inclusive environments across 13+ offices. 6–8+ years’ experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in space planning, interior design, and project management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SketchUp or OfficeSpace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of all new office builds, construction, and reconfigurations across global spaces.
• Develop, maintain, and implement workplace design standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with local Workplace leads to ensure design alignment and high end-user satisfaction.
• Oversee design-related purchasing, including global furniture vendor management, quotes, and procurement.
• Source local furniture and environmental branding vendors globally and assist site leads as needed.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX and OPEX cost roll-ups, and annual financial tracking.
