Job summary

The firm in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of corporate workplace interiors experience to lead diverse projects from the NYC office. Hybrid work arrangement with a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities include managing client interfaces, budgets, schedules, bids, and project close-out, while ensuring code compliance and coordination with consultants and landlords.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• 10+ years of continuous project management in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFPs and participate in new business presentations.
• Manage man-hour projections and project fees.
• Prepare contractual agreements and budgets.
• Interface with client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections and construction document review.
• Coordinate bidding, respond to questions, and analyze bids.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings and drive project close-out.
