Our client, a growing employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis, is seeking an up-and-coming Project Manager to lead 1–2 projects ranging from $5M to $80M. The role focuses on healthcare, community health, and airport work, with potential to start a healthcare project quickly.

You’ll be the on-site day-to-day contact and own project budgets and cost controls. This is an onsite, hands-on role requiring strong communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal

Formación

• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Willingness to work onsite with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on the jobsite.
• Manage 1–2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size.
• Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years).
• Own project budgets and cost controls.
• Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Use MS Office, Autodesk Build, Phoenix scheduling, and Viewpoint reporting.

Pay: 90K-110K per year plus bonus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large, multi-stakeholder projects
• Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules
• Willingness to work onsite with clients
