Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of healthcare, aviation, life sciences and other complex commercial construction projects across Central Indiana. You will manage 1-2 projects, serve as primary client contact, and drive budgeting and schedules to ensure success.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, project progress, and overall project success.
• Support projects ranging from $5M to $80M+.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
