Description

Glimpse of your role:

• Lead commercial & healthcare projects from inception through completion
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $$20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

Profile

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground‑up new construction across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
