Job summary

Jobot in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction. You will lead projects end-to-end, coordinating planning, estimating, value engineering, and safety to deliver on time and budget.

The role requires 4+ years in self-perform commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. A Bachelor's in CM/CE is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as Project Manager in self-perform space.
• Experience running cradle-to-grave commercial/construction projects.
• Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• PM leadership, communication and deadline management required.
• Experience with healthcare, MF, K-12, retail, restaurant projects ($20M-$50M).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M)
• Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
