Monteith Construction Corp. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.

You will lead site teams, communicate with owners and architects, manage submittals, and maintain project documentation using Procore. LEED is a plus; travel is expected within NC/SC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• PM software experience (Procore, Newforma, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules; Primavera P6 preferred.
• LEED AP or LEED training encouraged.
• Willingness to travel (NC/SC).

Responsibilities

• Meet with Owners and Architects to report project status and budget.
• Ensure quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budget and cost to maximize return (change orders, costings).
• Review drawings and specs for design deficiencies and resolve with Architect.
• Approve subs and vendor billings to mitigate financial risk.
• Coordinate submittals to ensure correct installation of products.
• Manage project documents in Procore and related systems.
• Coordinate subcontractor labor and material deliveries; analyze schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
