Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial construction.
• Experience with Viewpoint/Dexter Chaney and Procore software preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend meetings with project stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly project billings and pay applications.
• Transmit project-related documents and manage RFI records.
• Support change order management and cost projections for multiple projects.
• Assist with permitting and project closeout.
