Qualifications

• Relevant experience or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 0-3 years in commercial construction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the construction process.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and organize project documentation including plans, specifications, RFIs, and document revisions.
• Assist the superintendent and project manager with tracking inspections.
• Submit monthly pay applications to ensure positive cash flow.
• Work with the Project Manager on change orders.
• Facilitate weekly or monthly OAC meeting agendas and correspondence.
• Apply for local and state permits.
• Lead the project closeout process.
