Job summary

True Red is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in North Carolina. You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management and client relationships to ensure safety, on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Projects span education, healthcare, offices and aviation. You will collaborate with owners, architects and internal teams, travel across NC and SC as required, and use Procore (Primavera P6 is preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in commercial/general contracting.
• Degree or equivalent experience in CM/engineering.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software.
• Willingness to travel across NC and SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through to completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate site activities with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Act as primary contact for owners, architects and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budgets and issues.
• Review construction drawings and specs, identify design discrepancies and potential code issues.
• Oversee change orders, costs and subcontractor payments.
• Use project management software to maintain records and support delivery.
• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment on programme, budget and quality expectations.
