Job summary

Monteith Construction is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in Winston-Salem, NC. You will plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects, overseeing scheduling, budgets, and quality, while acting as the Owner-Architect-Builder liaison.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PM experience, a related degree, and strong communication skills. Procore/Newforma/Primavera experience is preferred, with travel to NC/SC as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Procore, Newforma, or similar PM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate development of multiple construction projects.
• Maintain project organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Communicate with project team to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Review budgets, submittals, and change orders to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Owner-Architect-Builder teams and build relationships.
