Job summary

Monteith Construction in Raleigh, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead the development of multiple commercial construction projects. You will direct scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with Superintendents to ensure high-quality delivery.

This role requires effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage complex owner-architect-builder relationships. Travel to NC/SC may be needed, with competitive salary and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• PM software experience (Procore, Newforma or similar).
• Ability to read construction schedules; Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• LEED AP or LEED training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple construction projects and oversee schedule and budget.
• Communicate daily with Project Superintendents to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Represent the project on the Owner-Architect-Builder team and build relationships.
• Review drawings for design deficiencies and coordinate resolutions with Architect.
