Job summary

• Solid understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Experience with buyout, billing, and cost reporting.
• Based in or willing to commute to the McKinney/Lewisville area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily oversight of all assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Take an active role in preconstruction on new projects.
• Track job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs.
• Review RFIs and submittals prepared by your APM.
• Handle bids, issue contracts, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports.
• Run weekly OAC meetings and manage owner and architect expectations.
