Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial and K12 construction in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout with a hands-on approach to budgeting, contracts, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has PM experience with a commercial general contractor and a strong background in K12/educational projects, contracts, and cost reporting. Office-based with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• K12, educational, or public sector project experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Experience with buyout, billing, and cost reporting.
• Based in or willing to commute to the McKinney / Lewisville area.
