Job summary

Jobot Consulting in Danville, VA is seeking an experienced Consulting Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of K-12, Higher Education, and Public Sector projects, from planning through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, collaborate with architects and engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a long-term contract position (12–18 months) with a strong benefits package and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience leading K-12, Higher Education, and/or Public Sector projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and project documentation.
• Solid technical background with construction and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project financials.

Job Details

8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
9. Proven ability to manage budgets and project financials.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
11. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
