Description
  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Lead from the front to maintain a positive office culture
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Profile
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred but relevant experience considered
  • Experience leading and assisting on at least one K-12, and/or municipal construction projects
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
