Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Project Manager - Business Capability for the Bothell, WA area to support and coordinate change management for the Cell Health Intelligence Platform (CHIP) program. This intermediate consultant role focuses on translating program plans into practical local actions, engagement activities, and readiness efforts at the Bothell site.

You will coordinate communications, training readiness, and adoption activities, while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress across release

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, communications, adoption, or transformation.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications planning, and post-deployment support.
• Ability to translate enterprise plans into clear, practical site actions.
• Strong facilitation, relationships, written, verbal, visual communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and accelerate risks.

Responsibilities

• Support Bothell site change approach aligned with CHIP priorities and timing.
• Identify and document local impacts across roles, processes, shifts and stakeholder groups.
• Engage site stakeholders and end users through interviews and sessions.
• Adapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for Bothell.
• Coordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, change champion activities, and local reinforcement materials.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks and dependencies; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with program workstreams on release schedules, training needs, go-live and hypercare.

Position Overview

• Client is advancing the Cell Health Intelligence Platform (CHIP), a multi-application transformation introducing new workflows, systems, and data-driven ways of working across Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• This intermediate-level consultant will support and coordinate change management activities for the Bothell site, translating program plans into practical local communications, engagement, readiness, and adoption actions.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Bothell site change approach in alignment with CHIP priorities and deployment timing.
• Identify and document local impacts across roles, processes, shifts, and stakeholder groups.
• Engage site stakeholders and end users through interviews, working sessions, floor engagement, and other listening activities.
• Adapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for the Bothell operating environment.
• Coordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, change champion activities, and local reinforcement materials.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks, and dependencies; escal ... issues through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with program workstreams on release schedules, process changes, training needs, go-live, and hypercare.
• Maintain concise change deliverables and organized site resources in approved collaboration channels.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, communications, adoption, business transformation, or technology change.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness, communications planning, and post-deployment support.
• Ability to translate enterprise plans and complex information into clear, practical site-level actions.
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, written, verbal, visual communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through evolving timelines and dependencies, and identify and accelerate risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another regulated life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, laboratory, supply chain, frontline, or shift-based teams.
• Experience with enterprise applications, digital transformation, or multi-release technology programs.
• Familiarity with a formal change management methodology; bachelor's degree and change certification.

Pay Rate: $105.64 - $112.04 / Hour
