Job summary

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level contractor to support and coordinate change management for the Bothell site as CHIP advances, translating program plans into practical local communications, readiness, and adoption actions.

You will engage stakeholders, document local impacts, adapt communications and materials, and track readiness and adoption, working closely with the CHIP program and site teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in organizational change, communications, adoption, or technology change.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, readiness, and post-deployment support.
• Ability to translate enterprise plans into clear site-level actions.
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, written and verbal communication, and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving timelines.
• On-site work at Bothell with flexibility for virtual program meetings.

• Identify and document local impacts across roles, processes, shifts, and stakeholders.
• Engage site stakeholders and end users through interviews, sessions, and listening activities.
• Adapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for Bothell.
• Coordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, and change champion activities.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks, and dependencies.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels and coordinate with CHIP workstreams.
• Maintain concise change deliverables and organized site resources in collaboration channels.

Role Summary

• Client is advancing the Cell Health Intelligence Platform (CHIP), a multi-application transformation introducing new workflows, systems, and data-driven ways of working across Cell Therapy manufacturing. This intermediate-level contractor will support and coordinate change management activities for the Bothell site, translating program plans into practical local communications, engagement, readiness, and adoption actions.

Top Skills

• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Foundational OCM experience—they don't necessarily need to be a senior change expert
• Comfortable facilitating meetings, potentially including Change Champion sessions
• Strong working skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including developing communications and basic change materials
• Some project management instincts—someone who can help own the trackers, cadence, coordination, and execution around the OCM activities we're starting to put in place
• Comfortable working independently and able to hold their own with the client/team once they have context

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Bothell site change approach in alignment with CHIP priorities and deployment timing.

• Engage site stakeholders and end users through interviews, working sessions, floor engagement, and other listening activities.
• Adapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for the Bothell operating environment.
• Coordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, change champion activities, and local reinforcement materials.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with program workstreams on release schedules, process changes, training needs, go-live, and hypercare.
• Maintain concise change deliverables and organized site resources in approved collaboration channels.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, communications, adoption, business transformation, or technology change.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness, communications planning, and post-deployment support.
• Ability to translate enterprise plans and complex information into clear, practical site-level actions.
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, written, verbal, visual communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through evolving timelines and dependencies, and identify and escalate risks.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Bothell, with flexibility for virtual program meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another regulated life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, laboratory, supply chain, frontline, or shift-based teams.
• Experience with enterprise applications, digital transformation, or multi-release technology programs.
• Familiarity with a formal change management methodology; bachelor's degree and change certification are a plus.

Success Measures

• Stakeholders understand what is changing and what is expected; site leadership has visibility into readiness and adoption risks; local communications, training, and engagement are practical and aligned with the CHIP program; and end-user feedback is captured and used to reinforce adoption.
