Qualifications

• Construction industry knowledge preferred.
• PM experience; PMP ideal but not required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborates effectively with internal and external partners.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with AutoCAD; eager to learn new software.
• Willingness to learn local code requirements related to construction, millwork, power, and data networks.

Responsibilities

• Bid and budget new projects with Sales, Business Development, and Design teams.
• Manage client and project intake processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounting on documentation and setup tasks.
• Work with the General Contractor (GC), installation crews, and other external vendors to finalize project scope.
• Manage all execution deliverables including field verifications, product orders, and delivery.
• Coordinate site conditions and installation requirements with GC and trades.
• Handle final punch-list and close-out documentation.
